ClimateCare HVAC Services has an immediate need for a Commercial HVAC Install Foreman. Foreman will be responsible for the daily operation of commercial projects, working alongside and managing ClimateCare team members, directing subcontractors, interacting with general contractors, and taking the lead position by managing the personnel and ensuring we stay ahead of project schedules. This position includes installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigerant piping, hydronic piping, and controls. This candidate will ensure all task are appropriately delegated to team members best suited for its completion, while adhering to applicable codes and standards. This candidate must be able to self correct and correct others, with initiative to find answers, resolve problems, withstand adversity and adapt to changes on construction sites.
We are seeking an experienced team player who wants to find a long-term home. Someone who enjoys doing installation work and who we can pair with an experienced Jr. installer/helper. We offer in-house training classes and manufacturer equipment training classes at our key vendor locations. We are fortunate to have an incredible group of Foreman and installers and seeking to grow our successful team.

Job Type: Full-time
Hourly Rate Range: $35-$45 hourly
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience being a jobsite Foreman, installing a variety of Commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, VRF/VRF, VAV and water sourced systems
- Report and track project status and updates
- Maintain a high level of integrity
- Experience reading wiring diagrams, contract drawings, specifications and notes
- Ability to install duct work and fabricate duct transitions in the field
- Ability to manage internal teams and subcontractors
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong and dependable work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Personable with strong listening skills
