As our Superintendent, you'll play a crucial role in leading our projects in multi-family homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership & Coordination: Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned craft workers, ensuring adherence to the engineers’ specifications and the National Electric Code.
- Expert Interpretation: Skillfully interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to guide your team to success.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, division managers, and other skilled trades, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve work problems swiftly to keep projects on track.
- Safety First: Enforce company safety rules and procedures, addressing any potential hazards promptly to ensure a safe worksite.
- Resource Management: Assess and manage material, equipment, and labor needs, ensuring all necessary items are ordered and available on-site in line with project schedules.
- Effective Communication: Communicate clearly with your team and supervisors, providing direction and feedback that drives excellence.

Minimum Education: High School Minimum Years of Experience: 2-4 Specific Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- Experience as an Electrical Master in the multi-family sector
- Extensive knowledge of the current National Electric Code
- A valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to read and accurately interpret construction electrical drawings
- Demonstrates safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment
- OSHA 10 certification
- Residential Wireman's License
- Proven experience as a Job Superintendent in multi-family projects
- Great communication skills
- Looking for a long-term commitment
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $2000 - $2500 per week
- Potential pay based on experience,May include potential truck lease allowance and gas.
