Apprentice Electrician - Residential Generator Installation

We're looking for a motivated and eager Apprentice Electrician to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in residential generator installation. You'll work alongside experienced electricians, assisting with tasks and learning the trade from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of residential standby generators and transfer switches.
- Learn to safely handle and use electrical tools and equipment (under supervision).
- Help prepare materials and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Participate in daily safety briefings and follow all safety protocols.
- Learn to read and interpret basic electrical drawings and schematics (with guidance).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interest in learning the electrical trade.
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
Bonus points for:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical concepts and safety procedures.
- Enrolled in an electrical apprenticeship program (or interest in enrolling).

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
