Coolmasters Air Conditioning and Heating is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems for our growing company. A day in the life of an HVAC Service Technician: As a part of the service technician team, you will troubleshoot HVAC equipment, present findings, options and create estimates to present to customers, and ensure the satisfaction of each customer you work with. You will maintain truck inventory, while keeping assigned service vehicle organized and clean. Track vehicle maintenance and alert management when maintenance is necessary. Contact the office following the completion of each call, providing requested information regarding the work completed, adding photos and notes to each service call and receiving dispatch instructions for the next call. We are looking for reliable and honest individuals who will represent us well in our customer's homes, so customer service skills play a huge role in what we do.
HVAC Service Technicians Qualifications At least 2 Years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician, Clean and neat appearance, Strong customer service skills, Excellent communication skills, Motivated, Ability to pass a background check and drug test, Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
