We have been providing Engineering & Facility services across Ohio for over 60 years. The projects we focus on are for commercial, industrial, governmental, and educational customers. These are various construction projects/upgrades involving remodels, HVAC, Electrical, Etc. to some of the top organizations in Ohio.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift
Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000/year (Depending on Experience)

Job Description:
The Service Manager will play a crucial role in managing and developing client relationships, overseeing technicians, and ensuring the successful implementation of facility improvement projects. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, account management, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Manage and retain existing business accounts (30-40 accounts)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Propose new ideas and handle issues to improve client satisfaction
- Oversee the implementation of new facility improvement projects
- Technical Oversight:
- Maintain and troubleshoot large HVAC systems, including boilers and chillers
- Provide estimates and recommendations for HVAC and electrical projects
- Implement and manage facility preventive maintenance (PM) programs
- Team Leadership:
- Oversee, train, and manage the performance of HVAC technicians
- Ensure technicians are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Sales and Business Development:
- Redeem project sales plan of a minimum of $450K
- Identify opportunities for additional business within existing accounts
- Develop and present proposals for new projects and services
Required Skills and Experience:
- Technical Expertise:
- Extensive experience with HVAC systems (preferred experience with boilers and chillers)
- Knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
- Management Experience:
- Previous experience in a service or facilities management role
- Proven track record of managing and developing a team
- Customer Relations:
- Strong account management and client relationship skills
- Ability to propose innovative solutions and handle client issues effectively
- Additional Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HVAC, service, or facilities management
- Familiarity with large HVAC systems and electrical projects
