Job Summary
$5,000 signing bonus available!!! Due to sustained growth, a well-established, Auburn Twp., Ohio sales and service company is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join their team. This position requires an individual that has hands-on experience with troubleshooting and servicing of residential and commercial HVAC equipment. Candidates must have a professional appearance, strong communication skills and the physical ability to perform all necessary tasks while occasionally working in harsh weather and environmental conditions.
Primary Job Functions: Build strong customer relationships, build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations. Service of commercial and residential HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment. Provide startups and troubleshooting for a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Meet with customers, evaluate their needs and make recommendations.
Pay: Up to $50 per hour- Based on experience

Required Qualifications:
- HS graduate (associates degree or technical school certificate in HVAC preferred)
- 2+ years of service experience (residential and light commercial) HVAC system troubleshooting and repair
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Must pass drug screen
- Exceptional knowledge of tools and testing devices
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial to the customer as well as company
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Possess own hand tools and common industry tools
Physical Demands:
- Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day
- Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis
- Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day
