Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong work ethic, a passion for the HVAC industry, and a desire to grow with a company that truly values its employees, we want to hear from you. As an HVAC Installer at C.D. Shanahan's, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, ductwork, and related components.
- Ensure installations meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- EPA certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
