REQUIREMENTS:
- You’re an upbeat, self-motivated person
- You love your Trade
- You genuinely LIKE people
- You work well alone, and with others.
- 5 years or more of HVAC experience.
- No addicts, abusers or excuse-makers. Basically, no riff-raff. But that’s not you, right?
EDUCATION:
You don’t need to be able to do calculus and speak French. But if you are a whiner, you’re lazy or like drama you need not apply.
ATTITUDE:
You can’t teach the right attitude. You’ve either got it, or you don’t.
JOINING THE TEAM:
Most of the people who work here have been here for several years. This is not a place with a lot of turnover. That should tell you something. This is a truly amazing job for the right person.
