Responsibilities:
- Oversee business development within a specific territory
- Understanding the needs of customers and how to meet and exceed those needs
- Responsible to sell all service offerings regarding HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing
- Provide estimates and bids
- Negotiate projects and preventative maintenance contracts
- Willing to learn and grow
- Strong leader
- Problem solver
Qualifications:
- Min 5 years in commercial, industrial, facilities or manufacturing sales
- Prefer Comm. HVAC sales experience, but looking for HUNTERS!
- Ability to identify / suggest new sales opportunities
- Manages time well
- Goal oriented
- Posses’ genuine empathy for customers
- Desire to build their territory
