**Positions Available:**
1. **Installers Lead**
2. **Installers Helpers****
Responsibilities:**- **Installers Lead:** Oversee and manage installation projects, lead and train helpers, ensure all work meets company standards and customer satisfaction.-
**Installers Helpers:** Assist with installation of HVAC systems, follow instructions from the lead installer, maintain a clean and safe work environment.
**Qualifications:**-
**Installers Lead:** - Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals. - EPA certification preferred.-
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
**Installers Helpers:** - Some experience in HVAC installation or related field preferred but not a must. - Willingness to learn and follow directions. - Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
