Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a HVAC Service Tech Support at Roseville, MN. The HVAC Service Tech Support will be responsible for maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, field service, and providing customer service. The role also involves regular maintenance tasks.
Qualifications :
- Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills
- Experience in providing customer service
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred
- Technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
