Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
Duties:
- Install HVAC systems following local code and design specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
- Test electrical circuits and components using testing devices like ohmmeters
- Inspect HVAC systems and their components for safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, and other professionals
Experience:
- Experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and properties
- Ability plumb as needed
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
- Experience with property maintenance tasks is beneficial
