Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
- Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory
- Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
- Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM
Qualifications
- To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills.
- Must be able to sell and close contracts.
- Must have a vehicle (truck or SUV preferably) and be able to get on the ladder and perform roof inspections.
- Past sales and/or sales experience in construction or trades experience is highly desired, but not necessary.
- Must have a proven success record in sales and working with others.
- Must be energetic, social, and have great people skills.
- Must be a Fire Starter, with a great attitude.
- Draw against commission available from Day one
Compensation
***$3000 PAID TRAINING***
$25,000 - $200,000 yearly

We assist homeowners turnkey their home repairs after being impacted by severe weather. We are the contractors that are on the scene to make sure property owners have an experienced and dedicated contractor to walk them through the restoration process. We are a close-knit group of professionals that are passionate about helping those in need while also earning an above-average income to support our families.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
