We are looking for experienced technicians who need and appreciate 3-4 calls a day. We have an outstanding commision structure and bonus plan . spiffs and contests . Group incentives and company wide goals and rewards for hitting the goals on all levels, individual, Team and company. There is a good culture with no hassle. Paid weekly by direct deposit. A lot of companies rely on summers and scale back in the winter. We don't . We are GROWING. We have year round work for our SALES TECHS. We have a large happy customer base. They want us twice a year for preventive maintenance.
So we are able to provide 3-4 calls a day , everyday! Providing you with 15-20 sales opportunities a week. Our top tech made over $200k last year and we have a couple over 100K this year. Life changer for the right person!
