Airco Mechanical, a leader in the commercial mechanical, electric and plumbing industries is now accepting resumes for the position of Commercial HVAC Dispatch Admin. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist dispatchers and managers as needed
- Be a back-up resource for customer and technician phone lines
- Prepare payroll
- Review tickets for billing
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience desired. HVAC experience is a plus.
- Ability to possess and apply strong organization skills to meet the needs of the department daily
- Proficient in Outlook, Adobe Pro, Excel, SharePoint / OneDrive, Word
