Key Responsibilities:
Expert Diagnosis and Repair: Provide top-tier diagnosis and repair services for residential HVAC systems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Consultation and Custom Solutions: Offer expert advice, develop tailored solutions, and educate customers on technical and investment decisions, providing multiple options and solutions.
Installation and Maintenance: Efficiently install and maintain HVAC systems, focusing on quality and adherence to local HVAC codes.
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service and educate clients about their systems and maintenance.
Continuous Professional Development: Actively participate in training opportunities to stay informed about current industry technologies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of prior residential HVAC experience.
Knowledge and ability to apply local residential HVAC codes.
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, servicing, and installation skills.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Physical ability to perform job tasks.
Willingness to engage in continuous education and training.
