What Will I Do?
- Serves residential customers with a positive attitude and are excited to get to work each day!
- Uses their industry experience to perform service & maintenance work on residential HVAC systems.
- Work with experienced HVAC Leads with upward mobility not only possible but encouraged!
- Work on ACs, Furnaces, Geothermals, Mini-splits, Boilers, etc. (Willing to train if you're willing to learn!)
- Provides solutions to every customer and assist them with making the best decision for their home and family.
- Should never have to run a recall as they ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied before they leave their home.
What Does It Take?
- 2 years of HVAC experience, service preferred
- EPA Type II or Universal certification required
- Valid Driver's license required
- Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus!
- Strong critical thinking skills necessary to adjust to the demands of the job
- Safety is always on your mind. Whether it be on the road, or in the field.
