Position Summary:
The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes. This position requires a high level of technical skill, leadership, and professionalism, as well as the ability to ensure top-quality work is completed on every job. You will work alongside other team members and occasionally supervise less experienced installers to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Overtime available
- Weekends as needed
- Year-round work
Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, ensuring quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the work of junior technicians and installers, providing guidance and ensuring safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects and address any issues that arise during installation.
- Maintain clean and orderly job sites, ensuring that all equipment and materials are used safely.
- Properly communicate with customers about installation timelines and answer any questions related to HVAC systems.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead installer in residential HVAC.
- EPA Type II Certification (Required).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required).
- Ability to relocate to Cherry Hill, NJ, before starting work (Required).
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, sheet metal work, electrical systems, and plumbing as related to HVAC installation.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to meet physical demands, including climbing ladders, lifting heavy equipment, and working in confined spaces (attics, basements, etc.).
