The Opportunity
- You'll work on a variety of HVAC systems from heat pumps, ACs, furnaces, to Energy Recovery Ventilators. You'll do a mixture of install work and service work. If you're flexible and like variety in your schedule this position will be a good fit.

- Being proficient with hand tools, power tools, and having a strong foundational understanding of HVAC, and Electrical systems is critical. Hopefully you're some who like to get your hands dirty.

- If you are not NATE certified already, you will be as we put you through NATE training and help you hone your HVAC skills.
- We need licensed Journeyman who are ready to lead others and work directly with customers. If you're personable, don't shy from responsibility and hungry for an opportunity to show what you can do, we need you.

Typical Duties
- Having a current Maryland Journeyman's HVAC License is a Requirement for this Position
- Installing ACs, Heat Pumps, and Furnaces in Residential Homes
- Tune ups and Service Calls for ACs, Heat Pumps, and Furnaces in Residential Homes
- Installing Exhaust, Supply, and ERV Ventilation Systems
- Routing Bathroom Exhaust Fans with Flexible Ducts through Attics and Crawlspaces
- Installing Roof and Wall Termination Vents for Bathrom Exhaust Fans
- Jobsite protection and clean up
- Driving Company Vehicles
- Leading/Mentoring Apprentices
- Communicating Directly with Homeowners
