Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Install new heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Inspect and perform regular maintenance on existing HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems
- Perform routine cleaning and filter replacements
- Test HVAC systems for proper functioning
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on larger projects
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and equipment
- Proficiency in equipment repair and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with field service work
- Welding skills are a plus
- Valid driver's license
