- MUST HAVE EPA CERTIFICATION
- GREAT TROUBLESHOOTING SKILLS, INCLUDING ELECTRICAL
- HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING ON RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL UNITS, BOILERS, WATER HEATERS, AND HEAT PUMPS
- GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ABILITY TO PERFORM MULTIPLE TASKS SIMULTANEOUSLY
- ABILITY TO WORK WITH OTHERS TO CREATE A STRONG TEAM
- ABILITY TO COMPLETE PROJECTS UNSUPERVISED AND UNASSISTED.
