We are factory trained to service and repair all brands. We offer new equipment sales when it’s not cost effective to repair heating and cooling systems.
Job Summary and Description:
The role of the lead HVAC technician/installer will be to perform maintenance, diagnose/repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. Each work day will be different. Some days you’ll be working on installs while others days you’ll be completing service calls. We are a small company and seeking someone to grow with us! This position provides the opportunity for growth within the company, both in roles and responsibilities as well as wage increases and bonuses.
Job Responsibilities:
- Remove existing HVAC systems including equipment and ductwork.
- Install new HVAC systems including equipment and ductwork
- Must be able to efficiently diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
- Maintain company’s workmanship standards when servicing, repairing and installing HVAC equipment.
- Must have the capability to work well in severe temperatures and outdoor weather as is required to complete a service call or installation
- Able to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotation
Physical Requirements:
- This position requires the installer to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
- Able to work in small, tight spaces such as crawlspaces and attics
- Must have the ability to safely identify the colors of low/high voltage wiring while diagnosing/testing electrical equipment with precise hand-eye motor skill.
- Capable of climbing and working on ladders as well as rooftops and high spaces
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years HVAC experience
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Universal EPA certification
- Have a team player mentality and work well in a team environment
- Maintain a professional appearance and workspace
- You are able to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
