RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems.
- Perform work with a strong focus on safety.
- Maintain a professional image.
- Stock, clean, and maintain company issued vehicle.
- Complete all demand and non-demand HVAC in-home service calls.
- Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
- Complete rooftop, furnace, and air conditioner installations.
- Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements.
- Ability to be on a rotating on-call schedule.
- Submit notes, photos, and receipts daily.
- Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces.
- Use of ladders for roof access.
- Be a motivated self-starter with a great attitude.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on commercial building systems and grounds.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems including controls and VFDs.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced Commercial HVAC knowledge
- Ability to work with/without supervision

- Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in mechanical work
- Experience working as a service technician
- Must be able to pass a criminal Background Screening and drug test.
TRAVEL: Some travel is required for this position; the employee must be willing to travel to surrounding job sites. TCFM will provide you with a vehicle and gas card.
