SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR (SSA)
Position Summary: The HVAC Senior Service Advisor is an in office position responsible for handling and developing 4-6 newer technicians through each of their appointments to ensure we provide a phenomenal service while also addressing any and all opportunities through client education and presentations of solutions in the home.

Key Responsibilities
- Present comfort options of residential HVAC and services to new and established clients..
- Creating a 5 star client experience through a tailored process focused on client retention and satisfaction.
- Create relationships with clients by initiating calls to generate likeability and trust before we even enter the home..
- Work collaboratively with ALL team members, onsite or in the office to promote and ensure a 5 star client experience.
- Remain up to date on the latest industry trends, service methods, systems and technology available within our industry.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Our HVAC Senior Service Advisors are highly ambitious, results-oriented, and self-motivated individuals. Skilled in providing innovative, customer-related recommendations, developing effective proposals, handling negotiating and closing sales. To accomplish this, a successful SSA must possess:
- At least a High school degree or GED. A Bachelor’s degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.
- At least 5 years of prior sales experience (HVAC Preferred), with a preference for experience with direct selling to homeowners.
- Strong communication and selling skills.
- A demonstrated ability to effectively communicate concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to understand customer concerns and translate that into solutions we can offer. . .
- Ability to consistently demonstrate a positive attendance record.
- Available to work Monday- Friday and every other Saturday.
- Strong sense of accountability for self and the team.
- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills to provide our less senior techs with support through their calls to ensure client satisfaction as well as addressing any and all problems within the home that AND can provide solutions for.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
