ARC Mechanical is currently accepting applications for HVAC/R service technician, the following requirements are requested but not limited to:
Job task include: Commercial AC maintenance and installation, refrigeration, heating, hot/cold side kitchen equipment, ice machines, and walk in coolers. Maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems. Cleaning and adjusting systems, as well as performing warranty service. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Technicians will identify maintenance risks on equipment, provide clear and precise communication as well as documenting into our current field service maintenance system with honesty and integrity. Learn locations of all HVAC equipment and how they relate to each building. Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment and components to manufactures recommendation, i.e. valves, motors, fans, belts, bearings, filters, and lubrication etc.
Must have a valid Texas driver’s license. Must be able to lift 80 lbs, and is able to complete assignments that require bending, pulling, and getting onto a roof and/or into a ceiling. Must be able to work from a ladder and in small spaces. Complete any other duty as assigned. Must be able to pass background check. ARC Mechanical is a drug free employer.
Must be job ready!! Looking for someone with 7 to 10+ years of experience.
