Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties - Design and build HVAC systems according to specifications - Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed - Conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal system performance - Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time Skills: - Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles and practices - Proficient in boiler operations and maintenance - Experience in property maintenance, including HVAC systems - Extensive knowledge of HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance techniques - Ability to design and build HVAC systems from scratch - Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve system issues - Mechanical knowledge to perform equipment repairs and replacements - Outstanding customer service skills to interact with clients effectively Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.70 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
