Job Description:
· Meeting with customers to provide pricing and proposal options for service and planned maintenance agreements.
· Inspect Buildings to prepare HVAC maintenance agreements and records.
· Continually maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and respond promptly when required.
· Work directly with the Service Manager on HVAC general maintenance bids.
· Work closely with other managers and account representatives to ensure total customer satisfaction.
· Work with accounting and dispatch to setup customer profiles and contracts accordingly.
· Generate and qualify leads.
· Source and develop client referrals.
· Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
· Schedule sales activity.
· Develop and maintain a customer database.
· Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
· Negotiate with clients.
· Develop sales proposals.
· Prepare and present sales agreements.
· Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
· Respond to sales inquiries and concerns electronically or in person.
· Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships by follow up on sales activity.
· Maintain sales activity and customer information in sales data base.
Participate in sales events.
