Air Masters is currently seeking a Senior Commercial Service Technician in the Tampa area. If you have experience providing HVAC service, you may have found the right job. Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial HVAC/R Service Tech include :
- Maintenance and repair of HVAC/R systems and equipment
- Demonstrates professional craftsmanship and pride in working with fellow team members.
- Clearly articulates diagnostics and resolutions in communication with clients and team members.
- Diligently completes all required electronic work orders and forms as needed for documentation of work
- Works in a safe manner in accordance with industry standards and ensures fellow team members work in a safe manner.
- Exemplifies the company’s core valves both professionally and personally.
- Actively works to ensure that the company maintains the goals set forth in its mission statement.
Desired Technical Skills :
- Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair package units including large tonnage systems.
- Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair split systems including large split systems, built up systems, water source heat pump, and SWUD equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot air flow, air distribution, building pressure, and VAV systems.
- Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair VFDs in various applications.
- Ability to trace out and troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
- Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair specialized systems such as Liebert equipment, Aaon units, Seasons 4 systems (desired).
- Ability to operation and adjust BAS systems. Advanced BAS experience with troubleshooting communication problems or programming issues is a plus.
- Experience with troubleshoot software such as Trane TechView, Trane Rover, Trane Tracer TU, Carrier Service Tool, Carrier CCN, Watt Master Prism is a plus (desired).
