Express Home Services is a fast-growing home services company with locations in Las Vegas, Nevada and Bountiful, Utah. We provide skilled home services (electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning) for the Salt Lake and Las Vegas valley area homeowners.

The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for everything from providing regular maintenance's to repairing units to providing estimates for clients to improve their lives and homes. You are a critical piece to the company.
Because you will be a key member of our team, you must be highly presentable, driven, work exceedingly well under pressure, extraordinarily proactive, encourage teamwork, and be exceptionally accountable and trustworthy. You must be capable of working with a diverse group of employees in a quirky and unique culture with the ability to share honest feedback. You should be a master of HVAC service/repair, have a true commitment to the team, and a drive to improve yourself and skills every day.

Our primary focus is residential service. We specialize in residential HVAC, electrical and plumbing service, repair, and replacement. As an HVAC Service Technician at Express Home Services, you will receive top pay and incentives. Of course, we do have some minimum requirements. Please do not apply unless this describes you:
· Proven track record in diagnosing and maintaining HVAC equipment
· Sales and Customer Satisfaction Experience
· Ethical Conduct
· Patient, diplomatic employee who understands how to diffuse conflict and convey empathy
· Technology competent
· Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
· Strong verbal and written communications
· Professional presentation and ability to speak with customers
· Personality that blends well with a fast-pace, goal-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
