Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years industrial / commercial pipefitting experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to solve practical problems.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schematic form.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fundamental of plane and solid geometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Lead work crews in pipefitting trade. Manages 2-6 employees.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work.
