Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team! As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services, troubleshooting system malfunctions, and recommending upgrades to our customers!
Responsibilities
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems are running efficiently and safely
- Repair: Diagnose and fix malfunctions, and replace worn or defective parts
- Troubleshooting: Identify and fix electrical and mechanical faults
- Energy efficiency: Install smart thermostats or seal ducts to improve energy efficiency
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service calls
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with appliance standards and OSHA
- Emergency repairs: Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repairs
Skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical fitness, including the ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Section 608 Technician Certification, which allows the technician to work with refrigerants
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
