HVAC Installer : In the Avon, OH, area, the minimum starting (if they are qualified journey level workers) wage for employees is
- Commercial HVAC Installer: $21.52 - $33.10 per hour plus benefits (depends on experience/training requirements).
HVAC Installer Benefits:
Family Health Care: 80/20 plan in-network. $500 per person/$1,000 per family annual deductible. This is part of the pay package, and no money is deducted from your check to pay for it.
Dental and Vision Insurance: Available.
Retirement: From $10.82/hr. to $17.90/hr. (depending on experience/classification) contributed to two different retirement accounts for each hour worked. This is all in addition to your hourly pay.

HVAC Installer Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Installing duct work
- Fabricating duct work
The contractors we work with perform light commercial service and install and commercial service and install. Some of the contractors we work with do travel around the state and region. We will place you with a contractor that is looking for someone with your level of experience and skills.
HVAC Installer Experience: HVAC experience is necessary. If you have worked as an installer, as a service technician, in maintenance or construction in the past or possess the skills to learn quick and are motivated to succeed then you will be a great fit in this role.
