Oakland County Property Management Company hiring a qualified maintenance person for a full-time position with experience in all phases of apartment maintenance. Please review below and apply with both resume and references.
The maintenance technician is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Preventative and corrective maintenance in vacant and occupied apartments, common buildings, equipment, and pool
- Completion of service requests within 24 hours except for emergencies
- Participation in a 7 day 24-hour rotating on-call schedule for emergency after-hour calls
- Basic hand tools are minimum equipment requirements
- HVAC certification is a plus
- Perform repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, and structural elements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
