Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, maintain, repair, and sell HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and make necessary repairs
- Test system performance and make adjustments as needed
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues
- Experience with repair and property maintenance
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customers skills
- Ability to interpret price lists and sell repairs and replacement equipment
- Must have 3 years clean driving
