Installation Tech Position:
We are looking for a positive minded, career oriented, lead installation technician with excellent work ethic, communication skills to service our customers in Metro Atlanta. We service residential (90%) and light commercial (10%) customers in metro Atlanta which helps us maintain year-round work.
Compensation plan & benefits include:
- Piece rate pay ($680-$880 per system, plus $60 per plenum, $50 per air cleaner, etc.)
- O.T. incentive calculations on top of Piece rate pay
- 100% company paid minimum 32 hour weekly pay GAURANTEE
- 5% Commission on any upselling of items (plus paid to install)
- $5000 Bonus for each 5 years of employment
- Christmas Bonus plan (receive 1% bonus of annual income each Dec)

What we are looking for:
- Good work ethic

- Strong customer service & organization
- Minimum 5 years' installation experience
- Capable of installing gas split systems
- Capable of installing heat pump split systems
- Clean driving record and background examination
- Has all personal tools (company provides large tools, vehicle, tool account for personal tools if needed)
- Must be proficient with smartphone and email.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
