The Big Task
You’re the HVAC expert! Help our customers feel cool today. Troubleshoot and educate our customers on what their options are. It’s hot out there, keep ‘em cool!
How You’ll Do It
- Strive to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training, to grow and develop as a professional.
- Have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Keep your truck clean and inventory up to date.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
- Properly complete paperwork.
- Being punctual for 1st Calls and for weekly service meetings.
- Return all defective warranty parts to the Service manager.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Valid driver's license required.
- 2 Years of HVAC Service Tech experience required.
Recommended Qualifications
- NATE Certification
- Sales Experience
