Thermaster Mechanical is seeking HVAC technicians, novice or seasoned, to join our team of professionals. Our work is primarily made up of service for industrial and commercial clients. We offer a positive working atmosphere with good pay and plenty of opportunity. We are busy year round, even through HVAC's "slower months", but do not overload our technicians on excessive hours. Our office personnel is primarily made up of previous technicians, who want to help you succeed and do the job right. We believe your growth here is only limited by the rate at which you can learn, and your ability and desire to perform quality work. Seeking: Field HVAC Service Technician or Installer
$25-$55/hr
Full-time 40 hours a week, year round
Rotating weekly on-call schedule

Requirements
· Good & insurable driving record
· Clean background check
· EPA 608 refrigerant certification – Universal or type II
· Personal tools including basic hand tools, cordless drill, refrigerant gauges.
· Personal meters including VOM, amperage meter and temperature meter
· Punctual and organized
· Represents self and company positively in appearance and manors
· Follows safety requirements
· Works for a quality finished product
· Can work with others or independently
· Comfortable working with voltages up to 480-volt, 3-phase(after training provided)

· Estimating abilities
· Experience with equipment; RTU's(Primarily Carrier & Trane), MUA's(Rapid Engineering, Rupp, Titan, etc.), ductless mini-splits, unit heaters, ice machines(Primarily Manitowoc), exhaust fans(from small bathroom exhaust to larger warehouse EF or supply fans), controls systems(Primarily Carrier's i-Vu), infrared heaters, wall AC units, ceiling or wall-mount electric heaters, air compressors & air driers, chillers, boilers.
