Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday with rotating and advanced scheduled on-call.
Employment Requirements:
- Must possess a Valid Drivers License
- Must be 25 or older
- Must be able to pass a drug screen (this includes marijuana)
- Must have a UNIVERSAL EPA
- Must be fluent in English and able to educate and discuss repairs & services with customers.
Essential Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of HVAC - Some knowledge of wiring and reading wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of the various parts and their function in the heating and cooling system
- Must be able to take effective notes and photos and communicate with the office

Our technicians are all drug-tested, background-checked, EPA-certified, and professionally trained. Each member of Comfort Land is held to a high standard of training and excellence.
Position Expectations:
- To create a 5 Star experience for homeowners
- Educate and inform homeowners of the solutions for their HVAC system
Position Responsibilities:
- Show up to work every day on time with a ready-to-work attitude
- Ability to diagnose and repair various types of equipment
- Comfort Land requires techs to provide their own tools. Some tools will be provided

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
