Residential HVAC Retrofit experience is preferred but we also have openings for experienced (or graduation from HVAC program) Installation Helpers who are willing to learn and become a lead installer in time.

HVAC Lead Installer Requirements:
- Perform in-home residential and light commercial HVAC installations with complete start-up.
- Manage and organize workflow with installation crew.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Complete jobs with integrity and pride in your work.
- Communicate scope of work, activity, and system operation with the homeowner.
Residential Install Helper Requirements:
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Minimum 1-2 years' verifiable work experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- A positive attitude and stellar work ethic
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
