Qualifications/ Duties:
- Preferred knowledge of multi-family new construction plumbing installation
- Must have knowledge of all plumbing codes
- Motivated and driven to ensure excellence.
- A current Journeyman/Journeywoman or Master Plumbing License.
- Ability to understand and take responsibility for the profitability of your jobs.
- Computer skills including familiarity with excel, word and the ability to use computer systems as required for data reporting, email, scheduling, etc.
- Attend kick-off and coordination meetings
- Review plan revisions to adjust scope of work accordingly and initiate required Change Orders
- Must be available to attend an in-person interview
