Commercial HVAC Chiller Technician

Airco Mechanical, a leader in the commercial mechanical, electric and plumbing industries is now accepting resumes for the position of Commercial HVAC Chiller Technician. Candidates will be expected to TRAVEL, pass a drug screening, a light physical exam and FEDERAL background check.
Airco is looking for technicians with experience in any of the following:
- OEM CERTIFICATIONS ARE A PLUS
- OEM EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
- Possess hands on skills and knowledge to complete required repairs and maintenance on a variety of chiller manufacturers, cooling towers, pumps, motors, and HVAC systems using industry standard tools and in accordance with all codes, laws, and regulations
- Water source heat pumps and evaporative condensers
- Data center environmental equipment
- Understanding of basic HVAC controls and VFD’s
- Air handling equipment including VAV systems typically found in larger commercial systems
- Performing preventative maintenance on hydronic cooling & heating systems
- Pump and motor alignments
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and/or CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- High School or Trade School Graduate or GED
- EPA Universal license
- At least 3 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:
