We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating bulldozers and excavators and will be responsible for performing various tasks such as grading, clearing, utility work, site preparation, trenching pipes and conduits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate bulldozers and excavators.
- Perform grading, clearing, utility work, site preparation, and trenching of pipes and conduits.
- Conduct daily maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and compliance regulations.
- Demonstrate physical stamina to perform job duties effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and assist others as needed, including getting off equipment to help your teammates.
Qualifications:
- Five years of proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance.
- Ability to perform daily maintenance on equipment.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to assist with tasks beyond equipment operation.
