Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to oversee our installation and service departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of HVAC systems and operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the installation and service departments.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate installation and service projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Hire, train, and supervise installation and service technicians.
Monitor technician performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support and assistance as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Manage departmental budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role managing Installs and Service
Have relevant hands on experience in the Residential HVAC market and have network/ relationships with Installers and Technicians
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
