Technical Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Prior management/supervisory experience is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Service Titan
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, installers and sales team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations
- Lead weekly team meetings to discuss projects, challenges, and objectives
- Develop training programs to grow all team members.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for equipment and parts
- Create and maintain documentation for all operational processes
- Review each Install Final Check List, Quality Control to ensure the team completes paperwork correctly.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide on-call technician support.
- Develop pricing strategies for services and maintenance contracts
- Works with team & team leads to achieve monthly budget goals.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday
- On-call availability for emergency situations
- Mix of office work and field supervision
- Travel within service area required
- Ability to access job sites.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
