**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience with property maintenance.

**Responsibilities:**

- Inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems

- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues

- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently

- Collaborate with other technicians to diagnose problems and make recommendations

- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or in a similar role

- Proficiency in HVAC/R systems

- Knowledge of residential refrigeration systems

- Ability to braze, build, and perform mechanical tasks

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Certification as a Service Technician is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
