We are Hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to be part of the team! Due to growth in our company, we have an immediate opening for a Lead Installer, someone with experience leading a residential retrofit/changeout team. No new construction.

Job Title: Lead HVAC Installer
Pay: $65,000 - $100,000 + per year. Piece Rate + competitive hourly rate & bonuses
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm - flexible according to job
What you will be doing:
- Pick up box truck at the shop every morning
- Dispatched jobs via Service Titan
- Retrofit / Changeout installation of residential HVAC systems (99% Residential)
- High efficiency HVAC systems, heat pumps, 90% furnaces and AC
- Communicating systems
- High-end Mitsubishi systems
- Formal commissioning via Measure Quick
- Customer Service
- Opportunity to train and share knowledge
Qualifications / Skills
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 3 + years of residential retrofit installation experience
- Lead install job experience
- Universal EPA Certification
- Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes
- Able to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance
- High School Diploma or GED
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and MVR upon being given a conditional offer of employment
