The Maintenance Manager will direct all maintenance and utility activities to ensure maximum operational potential. This includes all functions in the areas of Maintenance Business Management, Maintenance Materials Inventory, Manufacturing Process Reliability and Equipment Reliability, e.g. departmental budgets, computerized maintenance management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures all production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and predictably by supervising and performing scheduled equipment maintenance.
- Schedules and leads the daily activity of a maintenance team.
- Selects and develops talent to match the maintenance needs of all operations.
- Leads safety all initiatives for the maintenance department
- Ensures compliance with all OSHA and environmental regulations and other local, state and federal government regulations.
- Develops and executes a maintenance operating plan that meets budgeted expenses.
- Manages spare parts and supplies procurement and inventory.
- Ensures that Company facilities, including buildings and grounds, are maintained to Company standards.
- Plans, budgets, and schedules equipment and facility modifications, including cost estimates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ operations, industrial maintenance experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience is required
- Knowledge in the following areas: hydraulics, pneumatics, heating ventilation, air conditioning, machining and fabricating, Mechanical Operation, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics/Controls, Utility Systems including
- Ability to understand and read electrical schematics and strong control trouble shooting skills required.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership and leadership development skills

- Analyze and solve complex problems
- Flexibility to adapt to continuous change
