Service Technician Job Description

DMS is a privately-owned commercial HVAC service company operating in DFW. We strive to provide our customers with professional quality service. DMS started in 2012 with the sole purpose to provide a higher standard of service in our industry. DMS offers maintenance service and retrofit solutions to the industrial and commercial clients in the DFW area.
Job Description Duties:
- Performs disassembly and reassembly to large or small commercial HVAC equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and planned maintenance as indicated in the service agreement
- Completes service contracts, quoted projects and service calls while maintaining profitability
- Builds long term relationships with customers and works to the customer’s satisfaction
- On call / stand by rotation as directed by business
- Safely drives company vehicles insured by past driving performance records. Meets requirements of company vehicle driving policy.
- Purchase materials and issues purchase order numbers to suppliers
- Maintains equipment, tools and inventory stock on service vehicle
Qualifications:
- At least 1 years’ experience of commercial HVAC service and maintenance
- (Required) EPA Certified
- (Preferred) OSHA 10-hour course, trade school, college, or apprenticeship program graduate
- Ability to work in various climates
- Physically be able to perform job duties
- Must have building engineering experience or facility management experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
