Your primary goal is to identify new business opportunities, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction while following company pricing and profitability guidelines.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers including homeowners, contractors, and property owners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while following company guidelines.
- Work closely with installation and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and competitors to effectively position our offerings.
- Upsell additional services such as indoor air quality solutions and ductwork.
- Safely drive a company vehicle to multiple sales calls per day.
- Work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of Residential HVAC sales
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and ductwork.
- Comfortable working in attics and tight spaces when necessary.
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to work longer hours during peak HVAC season (May–September) to meet customer demand.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
