Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and communication skills. Experiance in commercial HVAC systems and HVAC Controls is preferred. This role involves working directly with clients to ensure their heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and repair issues with heating and cooling equipment, utilizing tools such as for accurate assessments.
- Conduct installations of new HVAC units and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures to clients in a clear manner.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address any HVAC-related concerns within residential or commercial properties.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used for inventory management.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in field service.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical components.
- Experience with equipment repair and appliance maintenance is highly desirable.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively while maintaining a focus on safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $18.00 - $43.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
